One lamp. Then another. Then a village.
Hearth lights after-school rooms across rural Bihar & Jharkhand — donated textbooks, volunteer hours, first-generation graduates.

One child is touching.
Five is a pattern.
Twenty is a movement.
Every story below has a name, a village, a date, and a number. Because outcomes without accountability are just stories. These are records.

"Before the lamp came, I finished my homework by phone screen light. Now I read till nine every night. My father said he never learned to sign his name — I want to be a teacher."

Three ways in.
One direction.
Whether you have a budget, a skill, or an hour — there is a specific way Hearth can use what you have.

Allocate your CSR budget where every rupee is named.
Hearth is registered under the Companies Act 2013 Schedule VII (Clause ii — promoting education). We provide quarterly utilisation certificates, village-level photo documentation, and a named beneficiary list. Minimum engagement: ₹5 lakh per annum.

Light a lamp from wherever you are in the world.
Diwali, Eid, a birthday — every occasion is a reason. ₹500 keeps one child in lamp fuel for three months. ₹2,000 covers a full set of textbooks. ₹5,000 sponsors a child for a year. FCRA-compliant for international transfers. 80G certificate for Indian tax residents.

Two hours on a Saturday. A child remembers it for years.
Retired teachers, working professionals, students — we match you to a cohort based on your subject strength and availability. Sessions run on Saturday mornings (IST). We handle scheduling, translation, and curriculum. You bring your knowledge and your name.
Light the Next Lamp
One decision here starts a chain. A child reads tonight. Passes an exam in March. Becomes the first graduate their family has ever seen.
